Your kitchen will become the party room as you and your guests roll up your sleeves and participate in making a delicious meal. We make it easy for you with our specially tailored menus, seasonal recipes and relaxed instructor style. We even do the shopping and the clean up!

If you have a group larger than your home can accommodate, consider taking the party to a professional kitchen. We have relationships with kitchens throughout the greater Los Angeles area where you can plan your event.

Cooking parties can be held in your home of in a professional kitchen. We work with many professional kitchens in the greater Los Angeles area and will help determine the best location for your event based on the number of guests, date and other details. Our locations include:

  • Chef Coats (black or white, with Simple Gourmet logo, your guests' names or company logo) - starting at $25
  • Gift bags are available in $15, $25 and $50 sizes - choose from must-have culinary tools and/or items that are specifically used to create your event menu.

  • What about pricing?
    Pricing is based on group size and location. Contact us at 310-318-6484 or use our contact form for a quote.
  • How many people can I have?
    Our cooking parties are for a minimum of 10 people and can be for whatever size group is comfortably accommodated in the host's kitchen. For larger groups, consider one of our professional kitchen options. Contact us for a quote.
  • Do I need to have special equipment and/or tools in my kitchen to host the party?
    We will consult with the host to determine what equipment and tools we need. The host's kitchen must have a working stove top, oven and adequate counter space.
  • Do we make enough food for us all to eat?
    Yes! You will make enough food to create the perfect lunch or dinner for you and your friends.
  • What food and beverages do I need to provide?
    Your Simple Gourmet chef will bring all necessary food to prepare your selected menu. You are responsible for providing any beverages and pre-event appetizers, you may want.
  • What are my menu choices?
    Choose from our current Seasonal Menus for your cooking party. We are also happy to accommodate any special requests. If you'd like to have a cocktail party atmosphere, choose from our Mix It Up menu.
